In order to guarantee your reservation, a bank pre-authorization can be made from the reservation date to the check-in date.
This will correspond to the amount of your first night's stay at the establishment if it is charged to your credit card, or to the amount of €200 in cash.
The security deposit will be returned in full, if no damage has been noted by the establishment at the time of departure.
Reservations for 4 or more rooms may be subject to special conditions and additional charges.
Our site uses some of today's most advanced Internet security technologies. All booking steps are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard. Your information is encrypted and protected by server authentication and data stream encryption.
The security certificate used is issued by the accredited third-party company Thawte and used by the Availpro reservation system. You can check the validity of the certificate here.
In addition, the reservation system is hosted in a secure server environment equipped with biometric security, firewalls and other advanced technologies to prevent interference and intrusion.
In the case of accommodation services (reservation of rooms in an establishment or other types of accommodation), customers are reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, and this in accordance with article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the French Consumer Code, which excludes this right for contracts relating to the provision of accommodation services which must be supplied on a specific date or at a specific time.
For each service reservation, the Special Conditions specify the cancellation and/or modification terms.
Reservations with prepayment cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Deposits (sums paid in advance) will not be reimbursed. In this case, it is mentioned in the Special Conditions.
Where permitted by the Special Conditions:
In the event of interruption of a service due to the customer's fault, the full agreed price will be collected. In the case of reservations with prepayment before the stay, no refund will be granted.
It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause for cancellation has occurred.
Cancellation fees are non-refundable if a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate is selected. Fees are also non-refundable depending on the rate selected for flexible offers if cancelled 3 days prior to arrival, the first night without extras is charged and non-refundable. If cancelled on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the booking online, this amount will be refunded after deduction of cancellation fees (except for non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).
The hotel pre-authorizes the amount for the first night.
Prices include VAT. Visitor's tax, government or local taxes may be charged in addition.
Your room or apartment will be available at reception from the time indicated below.
On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room/apartment by the time indicated below. Failure to respect this deadline may result in an additional night's charge.

To facilitate the processing of complaints, we recommend that you send any claims relating to the non-performance or poor performance of services to Customer Service in writing within eight (8) days of the date on which the service was performed.
When dealing with customer service, the Customer undertakes to remain courteous and not to make derogatory remarks about the hotel or its employees, in accordance with the rules of common sense and politeness. The Hotel Paris le Singulier reserves the right to take any appropriate action against the Customer in the event of prejudicial or reprehensible behavior (in particular untoward, malicious or insulting behavior) towards the establishment, its group entities or its employees or collaborators.
Hôtel Paris le Singulier hereby informs the Customer of the possibility of resorting, in the event of a dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions provided for in Title I of Book VI of the French Consumer Code.
